Dr Jon Wright - Australian Patent Attorney

Dr Jon Wright has a background in chemistry, biosensors, nanotechnology, combined with 2 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Manager in an inkjet technology company in the UK, Jon brings a commercially-oriented and considered approach to our clients’ matters.

Jon also spent a number of years in Japan employed as a research scientist in both national and private research Institutes, where he was engaged in various projects in and around areas of his technical expertise.

Prior to joining Baxter IP, Jon worked at a large Australian law firm, where he was involved in extensive patent drafting and patent and design prosecution work for a number of leading Australian and overseas clients. Jon also assisted in several opposition cases for a major international client.
