Nicholas Milne - Associate, Australian & New Zealand Patent Attorney

Nicholas Milne is a registered Australian patent and trade mark attorney specialising in drafting of patent specifications, local and international patent prosecution and patent oppositions.

Prior to joining Baxter IP, Nicholas was employed for a number of years at a large Sydney-based IP firm where he applied his Engineering skills in the fields of electronics and computer engineering, computer science and semiconductors in searching patent records, preparation, filing, and prosecuting of patent applications, drafting of patent specifications, providing advice on the interpretation, validity and infringement of patents and conducting patent oppositions for both Australian and overseas clients.

Previously, Nicholas worked as a registered professional engineer in South Africa where he practiced in the design, development and deployment of industrial control software platforms and hardware for the mining industry.
